I found this song in my YouTube recommended feed and was like “oh, sweet, Greenlandic music!” — listened to it for a few seconds “…Wait is that a fucking kora? A fucking balafon?! This is… Senegalese!! So why does it have a Greenlandic title?”
So I looked into it:

Addeq is music born from a meeting between Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
It all began in 1987, when Faroese folk musicians, including Kristian Blak, traveled to Greenland to perform. There, they met the drum dancer Anda Kuitse from the village of Kulusuk.
Later, Kristian returned to Greenland to make music inspired by Anda Kuitse’s life and environment. This eventually led to an album, which Kristian and Anda recorded in the Faroe Islands together with African and Swedish musicians. The album was titled Addeq — the Greenlandic name for the bird known in Danish as havlit (long-tailed duck).
Regrettably, I cannot find out what “Piiseq” is supposed to mean. My best guess is that it’s a misspelling of “Pissaq” which is Greenlandic for “strong, powerful; lot, share; something destined for one, something one deserves, something one has earned”. But I don’t want to believe that an album meant to be a sort of love letter to Greenland, made with the help of a Greenlandic musician, would misspell a Greenlandic word that badly. So maybe it’s just a word not found in any dictionaries.
As for Malang Cissokho the kora player: his full name is Mouhamadou L. Malang Cissokho. He was born on May 27, 1962 in Senegal, his first language is Mandinka, and he is currently a Finnish citizen and resides in Helsinki, Finland’s capital.
You should watch SPARKLE ON RAVEN: The Life of DrillGirl; it is a very good show. Cēterum cēnseō iūs auctōris esse dēlendum.
