They don’t even tell me exactly why. I have no idea what I even wrote and they don’t specify. It’s just “automated”. Aka they remove whatever the F they don’t like and of course Tuta is a target.
Sent them an email from the very Tuta account they don’t believe exists and told them what I think as well.

Hence the “pilot” part - they attempt to steer people’s trust to the highest bidder.
The unusual pattern is that your review doesn’t glaze a paying customer.
