Return it. You bought the phone. It’s not working 100%. And yes faceID is a huge deal. You’re gonna miss touchID every time you open your banking app, WhatsApp etc.

Right, so.
I just received my quadlock case and the arm strap mount.

I LOVE IT, very secure, not too bulky, arm strap is great. WIN.

But…

The case does NOT stick to metal surfaces like the customer service agent I talked to said it does.
The only solution for this apparently, is the Rokform case.

However I can’t switch to that, because they don’t offer the armband mount.
I need BOTH functions in one case! What do I do now?
