“If the evidence fits, you must convict!” What a fucking bullshit lie. That’s literally not true. If the court can lie to you about your fucking right to not send people to prison for bullshit evil drug laws then you should be allowed to lie to them about not knowing what jury nullification is without perjuring yourself.
Regardless, if we found a way to make sure everyone knew about the right to jury nullification, then maybe we could somewhat mitigate some of the damage caused by the evil US correctional system. America delenda est.

I think it’s the opposite. The feds are almost certainly not looking that closely at users on “Hexagonal Bear Network” to dox them on the off chance they get selected for jury duty.
But if somehow they did manage to find out about this and linked your identity to your account, then you can bet your ass you’d never serve on a jury again in your life.
Might not be, but with how easy it is to sell data I seriously doubt they wouldn’t take the opportunity to tilt the courts in some way or another, especially since that is one “legitimate” way to do it.
