Part of me thinks he means this because its schadenfreude for trumps racist ways and the enragement it would cause trump to lose to someone who is black/indian and a woman. Reality is different with empire. A black woman was paraded around as UN ambassador when the US vetoes resolutions on Palestine in an ongoing genocide. Then you add on that the prognosis of black America isn’t looking too good where their median wealth is gonna plummet badly but hey you have the next face of an ongoing genocide be a black woman so… Progress? That shit is insulting
