Afaik there has not been a definitive statement from anyone in government, but that Germany will “examine what [the arrest warrant] entails in terms of execution on the national level”. Barrbock made no reference how long this examination will take though and what might happen in the case of Netanyahu entering Germany during this examination.
Honestly one of these countries has the chance to do the best thing ever, by saying they won’t arrest him and then immediately doing it when he arrives
