Abrego Garcia, 29, a Salvadoran illegal and suspected MS-13 gang member, was living in Maryland until he was deported to the Terrorist Confinement Center in his home country.
It is actually a “trust him bro” because an informant, who benefits financially and legally by telling LEOs that he is a gang member. Some of the details of that info is questionable.
But then there are the tattoos that his wife conceals in social media photos, because she knows they are a problem. Could he have been a gang member and got his problematic tattoos at that point, has since left any gang affiliation, and is stuck with gang tattoos? Sure. Then again maybe he likes weed, dead smiley faces, Jesus, and skulls?
Don’t MS13 members usually have blatant tattoos that declare affiliation? Absolutely, but having members with coded tattoos can offer tactical advantages when dealing with cops. Coded tattoos are a very common thing with gangs. Maybe he hadn’t gotten in good enough to deserve a blatant tattoo?
But then there is the alleged human trafficking he partook in when he was driving an SUV owned by a convicted human trafficker with 8 illegal immigrants and no luggage. Could he have been coerced into transporting them via threats to his family? Sure, or maybe he was doing someone a favor or needed to take the job to earn money to buy his kids shoes for school.
Does he belong in prison, maybe. Is he a legal resident of these United States and not eligible for deportation? Nope, he is here illegally and should be sent back to his home country.
They have? Are we going on trust me bro, still?

He also has a legal order to not deport him to El Salvador.
True.
