    This is very 'Murican. I’d feel sick after just a few nibbles of that.

      pbj became popular during WWII due to rationing. after the war it continued on and is pretty unique to the United States. it’s become somewhat popular in other countries but is a daily meal for many Americans to this day.

      making fun of it would be like making fun of the Japanese for eating rice, or the Scotts for eating haggis, or the Ukrainians eating borscht.

      mocking people for food of their culture isn’t cool or funny. it may not be what you would eat, but I bet you eat some stuff that’s pretty fucking disgusting to me too.
