The Congress’ shutdown is just Johnson’s doing to block Epstein Bill vote.
Normally if GOP cared about the country, Congress would be open and politicians would be working overtime trying to pass the bill.

We need to elect an Emergency Congress to deal with this shit and simply replace the current House if it refuses to do its job.
Seems insane to me that the US has no mechanism to deal with a Congress that refuses to do it’s job. In other countries if they couldn’t pass a budget they would be dissolved and new elections would be held. If you can’t do the job that people have elected you for, you should get replaced.
Other countries saw the flaws in our system and fixed them. The US never did.
The founders didn’t think anyone would be this stupid and/or figured folks would start dropping if they did do something this stupid so no system was put in place. A lot of awful people are spending an awful lot of money on political donations and bribes to keep it under wraps as much as possible. Johnson either stands to gain a ton financially by keeping Congress in recess long enough for the Epstein files to drop off the headlines, or they are using some other leverage to keep him in line like evidence of a serious crime he committed etc.
