        luckily the electrical has been installed and replaced twice in this place. thankful for that at least! i don’t believe it originally had anything resembling modern electrical outlets till this house was 20 years old!

        but no low voltage cabling installed : (

        i got fiber and cat and coax running next to the walls haha. looks a little steam punk

      but the zigbee has trouble with the fuckin lead paint or something. this place is hard on some radio signals. and keeping warm. and keeping bugs out. and the floors being out of level, but differently depending on how humid it is and,

    I’ve purchased enough cans of spray foam that I think on average its probably down to a 70-80 year old house on average.

      the cross-the-street neighbors leave their dog outside forever : (

      i already have two rescue dogs that drive me crazy or id go save that one too!

      animal control here is the inspiration for the parks and rec duo, but no good weed
