The justice system did everything it could to fuck him over. The judge was trying to convince the jury against him because he knew the cops, but Afroman is charismatic enough and had such a clear moral standing that they aquitted him anyways lol
The cops didn’t help themselves at all. The judge might have been biased af, and he was, but those cops kept telling on themselves. Afromans lawyer got the one on the stand that was claiming defamation and he asked the cop straight up, is it a false statement and the cop said, I DONT KNOW lmao. Afromans lawyer was running circles around the cops and the judge was so annoyed.
