I saw this when I was a kid and then watched it a few later when MST3K did an episode with it. It’s hilariously bad, and thus a fun watch. I had heard that Arnold had no idea he would be dubbed over, which makes it all the funnier.
I watched an original voice version and it wasn’t that bad.
I didn’t realize there was an undubbed version. I see the link above, so I guess I need to subject myself to this movie again… for science!
It’s a great “background movie”. btw if you’re familiar with the classic Top Cat cartoons, the other main actor Arnold Stang is the person who voices TC.

You’ll note the 7 scores are: (1.5/5, 1/10, 3/5, 1/5, 1/5, 1/5, 1/5). Rottentomatoes classifies the 3/5 score as positive vs the rest as negative. So 1/7 = 14%.
14/100 is roughly 1/7. I assume it’s saying that there were 6 negative reviews and 1 positive review.
