It’s in good hands.

Oh man, Morn had some great stories about everything that went on too.
They’re fantastic, but so long winded and meandering. Nobody could tell them but Morn.
He just kept talking in one long unbroken sentence
Imagine being trapped in a turbolift with Morn, Dr. Vassbinder, and Calvin Hutchinson.
Don’t forget Dr. Gideon Seyetik… before he crashed himself into a then dead sun.

Ouch. How can anyone get to ask for instructions on the comms with him talking there all the time?
Delta Shift
It’s not like the Defiant is properly staffed either; they had to draft DS9’s station doctor and station shrink just to fill out the bridge crew!
The ones that really don’t make sense are Odo and Kira.
Odo sometimes works as an advisor like Garak, but Garak is there for his skills and contacts while Odo doesn’t really have that depth. At best, Odo can help with dealing with some Vorta.
Kira makes no sense at all. The Reliant doesn’t represent Bajor ever and there are a lot of cars where Bajor wants some distance from Federation activities. Kira is also likely an intelligence leak; not herself personally but her reports are likely going to be the interest of every major power and Bajor likely doesn’t have the best security.
They had a station… Oh wait, I’m not on season 7 yet carry on
Ugh I hate when Morn is at the helm. He just uses so much words to ask for easy things… everything takes far too much time. Seriously, couldn’t he just say: “bring me that”? No, he has to explain the whole history of the thing, why it is where it is, why he needs it now, how it makes him think about his mother… and pouf, the Defiant is back. This man never stop to talk and we have to listen.
I (repeatedly) read that title as “Maybe Mom is barking orders”, and got very confused.
I just mentally pictured a crossover with Futurama.
Mom would not take any of this nonsense, and would probably own 99.7% of the station by now.
