I’m going through a burnout, this is how it feels to relax/sleep/rest/etc. The alternative is things getting worse tho, so it’ll have to do

Somehow “two day weekend” feels like the most American thing to say 😅

Last week, I had a rare day off, so of course, I got sick just for that day. I think the saddest part was that I did indeed feel slightly better the next day. 🤒

      Body just demands its time…

I feel very lucky. When I have to go to The Place Work Lives for work, they have dark rooms installed with air purifiers for white noise and couches with pillows and locks on the door they anyone can just go chill in any time. They’re almost always empty, which for my for sure NT, no questions about that at all-ass is incredible when I get overstimulated by like, the overhead lights being lights and want to go meditate or whatnot for a while. I actually do feel hella refreshed after stepping into The Darkness for a little while.

Working from home is always infinitely better, but if they’re gonna make me leave the house sometimes, I’m happy that’s a thing.

Ever tried not doing those things? Incredibly more exhausting. Might not feel refreshed, but you are better than if you didn’t
