I am currently experiencing a issue with my coffee subscription service MistoBox. They recently had a website upgrade (the announcement included AI in it) and parts of the site are broken. I’m currently past my next order date with no confirmed coffee. I’m highly frustrated as a long time subscriber (years) and considering switching to Trade Coffee.

Oh, yes, line up 3 countries without any extradition agreements with the country in which I operate. It won’t be enough to stop Janeway.
I’ve rage quit multiple subscriptions when they’ve failed to deliver. I feel ya Captain 🤣.
Not failed to deliver… failed to confirm order and charge me. Meaning no roaster even is preparing a bag to send me.
Depending on where you are you may have a local roaster with a delivery service. Where I am they are almost as plentiful as microbreweries.
I don’t want to be tied to one roaster. I like getting to experience coffees from places inaccessible to me otherwise.
I suggest you get a pound or three locally so you can take your time deciding next steps. I use Groundwork and they’ve been pretty reliable.
