If only there was an entity that presided over society and could disperse funds for this kind of thing or better yet building modifications. Alas only the general public can balance a deficit.

The UK has a habit of getting volunteers to do the states job. Most towns have food banks, so the government doesn’t have to give people enough in benefits to feed themselves.

Okay, but what if… they doubled down even further on their support for Pissrael? Maybe that will fix everything?

Why yes officer I do express positive opinions and provide material support to the IDF. It’s not a state backed terror group at all. May I leave now?

440 people per day died during this heatwave.

If the UK doesn’t want its elderly freezing to death in winter and gives them a Winter Fuel Allowance, we need a Heat Wave Allowance so they don’t cook to death in summer as well.

The UK very much wants their elderly to freeze to death, hence why the fuel allowance is constantly on the chopping block

Gotta build out A/C too, or at least public air conditioned shelters for people to hang out at for weeks at a time if some nerd is gonna come at me with WHAT, YOU WANNA MAKE THE PROBLEM WORSE because they don’t realize it’s just going to keep getting worse and when it’s hot and humid enough for long enough you need some form of AC or you will die

“But we HAVE to keep voting to go more and more right, ok? I know they lead us to disaster, but COME on! Can we REALLY stay mad at good ol’ Farage?”

There, saved you at least 5 British media article clicks
