So…more than 80% of the adult population? Or, literally every registered voter?

I’m curious to know how China has access to that information…but the US Federal government doesn’t. We know that they don’t, because the Trump administration has been demanding that States turn over that information to them, for months now, without success.

What’s even weirder, is how the US Federal government would even know that China has access to that information without somehow being able to verify that information against records they apparently don’t have access to.
