China has a stack of Ws in infrastructure and economic development however cultural life still is plagued with capitalism sadly, at least according to people I have talked to who are knowledgeable on contemporary Chinese culture. It is something which will be focus for future generations of AES projects about how they deal with capitalism and even elements of feudalism in superstructure.

A Chinese bakery near me when I lived in the city had donuts filled with chicken cream, savory filling in a sweet outside, I damn couldn’t. Idk how my Chicano parents got a hold of the things, but they thought they were awesome, just the idea made me not feel so good. Damn right I haven’t touched my chicken donut.

Sweet and savory can be good. I’ve had a Luther (Burger with glazed donuts for buns), and a jiffy burger (bacon cheeseburger with sweet peanut butter) and both were pretty good. A chicken cream donut sounds absolutely repulsive though lol
My parents were absolutely in love with them, it didn’t help I was a little sick to my stomach and staying home from school the first time I tried one. They were basically like glazed donuts with some sugar sprinkled on them filled with creamy chicken filling.
