      i mean the whole point of a grand jury is asking the question, “is there even enough evidence to justify a trial,” so even if the GJ was biased against the cameras i’m betting the cops’ evidence was all circumstantial and unconvincing.

        Grand jury trials are notoriously easy to sway for prosecution. There is literally a cliche that a grand jury could be convinced to indict a ham sandwich. That means they had zero evidence circumstantial or otherwise.
