Probably not, they probably just have enough to maul Europe real good and since they only count whites as people they’re like “yep, got enough to end the world here.”
I think the threats towards Europe are a bluff, Israel gets nothing for actually pulling the trigger but a lot for threatening to by implication.

I don’t read this as “telling on teacher”, but rather making a point of saying “we know which of you left and are taking note”. They want those diplomats to be scared.
