As running, building an org is hard/takes time, but term limits mean they just slot in the face at the top. Longer terms with no limits but easier recalls would be better. As less time campaigning, but the ability to remove horrible people. Less campaigning means less need for big money.

Term Limits are great for The Parties. As running, building an org is hard/takes time, but term limits mean they just slot in the face at the top.
