My favorite character I ever played was a super shady rogue who, as it was revealed halfway through the campaign, was the estranged son of a very wealthy and powerful politician. He was very embarrassed to have to reveal this to the party, as he had carefully curated an image of himself as a self-made scallywag.
Turns out cleptomania isn’t just for the working class, although PR is definitely for the ruling class.
I played a rouge that just hated to be around his family.
It’s only rogues that have to be orphans; rouges’ families are safe.
Their loan sharks beg to differ, rouge families accounts are always in the red.

I’d say that reason is not the disorder itself but rather your behaviour that is likely a result of having that disorder. That may be seen as ableism, but as your behaviour seems counterproductive I would say it’s correct to restrict you from participation until you achieve some ways of less toxic communication
