It’s funny to me that this is what the headline is supposed to be about yet there are zero details given about who these Russian propagandists are or what their reactions were other than being hysterical. Like I don’t doubt it but it’s pretty sloppy writing when it could mean anything from official government sources to random telegram accounts saying literally anything so long as a journalist could read it as hysterical.
