    general dysphoria question

Does anyone else have much stronger dysphoria right after waking up and right before falling asleep? Probably because I can’t distract myself during those times but it has been particularly bad lately.

Definitely :meow-hug: before bed I often end up feeling really sad in general, but yea lately that’s been dysphoria. (maybe it’s always been dysphoria, who knows) Not being able to distract yourself when falling asleep is terrible, I’ve started listening to music but still a lot of thinking.

the morning is usually from (genitals)

I was using thc to just knock out, trying to move away from that so much, so I think I’m having a more clear head to process these emotions which ultimately is good but a struggle.

Morning wood is not so fun

    • I think I at least used to. But I generally tried to keep my brain occupied so I couldn’t do self-reflection. And trying to fall asleep and post-dreams were the time that worked the least.
