Before coming out even to myself, I used to go on long walks and sing along to female vocalists in a femme sounding voice, and I continue to sing along to them now because it makes me feel so good, even if going on walks has become considerably harder. Thing is, when I try to use that same voice for speaking, I just instantly feel like I’m putting it on and cringe myself out :c
Omg now that you say it, I have something like that as well. It’s nowhere near as high as my singing voice and probably sounds a bit androgynous at best, but I do be trying
