    Boston Market was never “one-beloved”

    It was always just over-priced cafeteria-style food

      In the late 90s, it was pretty good. Then McDonald’s bought them and changed their supply chain to be more profitable.

    I’ve never had a more mediocre meal than one from Boston market. If I could describe it in one word it’d be “soggy”. Like everything was watery, Vegetables, Mac and cheese, even the turkey to an extent. It was as if they poured all their food straight out of a can into a tray under a heat lamp. I’m surprised they lasted this long.
