Good catch, i think i confused it with some other company, Honda Soichiro did manufactured military aircraft parts during the WW2, but Honda as a company was founded after.
Well that’s a nice little bit of solace. Fun fact, Honda means original rice paddy. And their luxury brand Acura is just meant to invoke the idea of ‘fine tuned accuracy’ and the “A” logo is actually machining calipers.
