No one would go for that and the US doesn’t have the power to enforce an embargo on China while it also postures against Russia and Iran. As it stands, this is just gonna mean China exports to Europe, then Europe sells to the US at a markup.

Embargo implies military action and prevents others from trading with them.
No one would go for that and the US doesn’t have the power to enforce an embargo on China while it also postures against Russia and Iran.
As it stands, this is just gonna mean China exports to Europe, then Europe sells to the US at a markup.
That’s why we need to do a self-embargo
