Staggering incompetence in the design. Just absolutely antagonistic disregard for the lives of the back seat passengers.
And this is from a company that bills themselves as Apple-style design geniuses! Like, Christ, make doors that open, THEN break out the black turtlenecks.
I think what OP means is, why is this legal to begin with. You would think at least the EU would ban something like that, regardless of what Musk thinks is good design.
