I have been so tempted to write one of those awful self-help books focused for this exact type of man. Call it something like “Alpha Growth” and fill it with nonsense like “strength in the hierarchy” and “the power of perception is the perception of power, so always loudly declare your social status, make it your main topic”.

If I wouldn’t end up having my own bullshit launched at me with all the satire taken out, it’d almost be worth it. Almost.
