I FINALLY got good sleep last night, I wanna keep that going.
My wife an I have been off from work for the past week and our sleep schedules are already fucked, like 3-4am bedtime most of the nights. Tonight we we are thinking of pulling an all nighter so that we can pass out early tomorrow and wake up normal for work on tuesday lol. That’s the hope at least, we are already kind of accepting the fact that we are fucked tho…
my bedtime is after 2 AM (usually more like 4:30) because some of use work 2nd and 3rd shift at my house
