I know I doubted my identity for the majority of my life, because I didn’t experience my dysphoria the way I was told it was supposed to feel.
I wish I had decided to try it out anyway instead of being afraid of being wrong for so long.

It’s just common courtesy, or at least it damn well should be
there are a distressing amount of people who care a lot about what other people do or are, and not in a good way
Truly not sure what is so hard abt this for so many people.
Following this principle actually disarms someone who’s acting in bad faith too.
