good question, honestly after the biden administration i feel like their remaining goodwill is rapidly dwindling. This is the violence. It can escalate, but dehumanizing immigrants and trans people (on top of and extending anti-blackness) is already violence as embodied by ICE raids and deportations, bans on participation and forced detransitioning.
