Ocasio-Cortez took to Instagram after the Department of Homeland Security suggested they may pursue arrests of three Democratic lawmakers who partook in a protest outside of an ICE facility in Newark, New Jersey. Reps. Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-NJ), Rob Menendez (D-NJ) and LaMonica McIver (D-NJ) all attended the protest.
She couldnt even wear a dress that says “eat the rich”, like she toned it down. If you do social media stunts as your “revolutionary” tactic at least have it a bit more confrontational.
What’s funny is that was still too far for the reactionaries. People were flipping the fuck out, both gala attendees and chuds on social media.
If you try to compromise and your opponents still think your milquetoast is leftwing terrorism, then you should have just done the leftwing terrorism.
Yeah of course you arent going to “win” if you are a oppressor centred person. They will never play fair with you, let you speak or let you outsmart them or trick them into letting you do communism unopposed.
