Even if this was true I would rather have an 8% survival rate than 0%
A family friend’s husband was on the heavier side, thought he should lose weight. Instead of going to a doctor for advice he saw some woman on Dr. Oz peddling some at-home elixir for weight loss and he drank a gallon of that slop every day.
Died from something like kidney or liver failure a few months later. Widowed his wife and 4 kids, two of which were toddlers.
These natural remedies are what killed Steve Jobs, one of the richest men in the world, do these people think it’ll go any better for them?
Without even look at whatever statistics they’re using, I’m going to go ahead and assume it’s not delineating what stage of cancer the patient was at when chemo started and not doing controls for chemo vs no chemo for each stage.
Half of heart attack patients DIE immediately after being difibrilated
Everyone who has ever consumed dihydrogen monoxide WILL DIE eventually!
People who have died until now have been found to have taken dihydogen monoxide for all their life, so much that at any time, the compound was nearly 70% of their body!
Technically speaking 100% of chemo patients die.
I wonder what kind of doctor dr Michael is. I wonder if, for example, her degree is commonly referred to as a DC rather than MD…
Edit: I was wrong! She has a PhD and is a certified sexologist. So still not particularly qualified to talk about chemo.
I have a phd in italian cuisine so obviously I’m the most qualified to talk about space

We can conclude that the moon is not made of cheese since it is missing its certificate of origin. At most it can be described as an orbital lactose fermentation byproduct.
Chat I think the brainworms have finally taken their toll because I read this like 5 times before I figured out it was “Mrs. Michael” and not “Ms. Rachel.”
It’s OK. I share this exact brainworm with you.
If I were feeling very very charitable I would say that there are some aggressive cancers with very poor survival rates that, heaven forbid, I were to get diagnosed with, I would consider maintaining quality of life and going straight to palliative care at the end.
Chemo is worth it almost all of the time. But if multiple doctors told me I had a 3% survival rate I would probably prefer to save the time/money/misery and instead focus on making the best memories I could for my surviving family.
But that isn’t what these grifters are talking about and I am not feeling charitable, so Mrs. Michael here can go against the wall.
