I know I’m only getting the US version of the Russia Ukraine thing. I’m not sure where to get the other piece. Can somebody help me out with some links?

Libs seem very unconditional-surrender-brained about this conflict. Even concept of considering Russian desires in a potential peace settlement makes them so fucking angry.

Eventually, once there are no more avenues left to help Ukraine without triggering nuclear war or losing thousands of NATO soldiers, they will simply pretend to have won the war, and pull all remaining support.

Liberals get really excited, even sexually aroused, at the thought of people dying in a ditch for a cause… as long as it’s someone else. libbing-out

        very unconditional-surrender-brained about this conflict

Considering the only actual usage of nuclear weapons so far was for that exact reason, it’s not looking good.

We all hope that is the case, but Liberals keep coming up with new and exiciting ways to deny reality. See for instance also the Finnish campaign to paint themselves as the winners of the Winter War and the deliberate exclusion of anything regarding the Continuation war.

Russia was loudly saying this in December 2021 (and for decades prior) but the US pretended it was about fReEdOm of association

Don’t worry we just approved another 8 billion fucking dollars to make sure the war drags on forever.

The problem the west has is that you can’t print physical things like artillery shells or create soldiers out of thin air. Ukraine’s capacity to fight has been degraded to a point where the front is now collapsing, and no amount of money is going to change that.

Hope you’re right but the bombs don’t have to come out of thin air if that $8B just goes straight to Lockheed and Haliburton ukraine is going to keep getting enough arms to justify continuing to fight for a little longer.

I’m also gonna put on my tinfoil hat and say ukraine also doesn’t wanna end the war because I’m pretty sure the reason zelensky keeps complaining all the money we send isn’t enough is because 50% is getting lost in the couch cushions of Ukranian officials overseeing the war. The checks keep cashing and there’s zero percent chance them or their families sees combat so why stop now.

NATO military production is actually much less than the rate they have been losing in Ukraine alone and they have also been using up reserves meant for the NATO nations. Due to the bloat of their system, they won’t be able to build and equip enough factories to get their production to a point to keep up with their losses or rebuild reserves for 5 years at least and I give Ukraine another year at best.

You’re right about zelensky, same situation as netanyahu, but the way that ends is that someone internally will coup them and if they can escape they get to retire in Florida.
