In my first playthrough I killed those two ogres by holding them to a crevice they couldn’t get past and hitting them with the starting weapons. Afterwards I entered the coffin and because I had too much armor, I didn’t know what it did.

Thing is at the end of the game I took off all of my equipment for better rolling in a boss-fight and found out I was a woman the whole game

At least Majula is close by, which is nice.
