Also back when I went to the gym I didn’t find masking too arduous and IMO if you’re struggling with masking while weightlifting at the gym it means you should do more cardio outside to increase your VO2
It depends very much on the type of mask. I once tried to wear a cloth mask while lifting and almost passed out because I didn’t realize that I was basically water boarding myself with my own sweat.
