Not a word of any cop facing any charges whatsoever. Just “the DA’s office is investigating the shooting” which almost certainly means they’re going to drop it the moment the story leaves the news cycle.
well, its a not-big white kid, obviously unarmed, shot twice by Deputy Fuckstick, and it was apparently caught on camera
Surveillance cameras in the backyard of the home where the shooting occurred recorded the deadly encounter, and the footage is being reviewed as part of the investigation, sources told ABC Philadelphia station WPVI.
… so they are definitely going to have to put all their brightest minds into a room and find a narrative to spin this into unless the video shows anything but the kid sitting on the bench, chewing all his fingers off, eyes full of blood, and then running full tilt at the oinker with while screaming in an ancient tongue.

I know that whenever I’m doing my daily burglaries around Pennsylvania, I always ring and knock on the door in case my victims want to let me inside without having to waste my time picking their locks.
This happens anywhere else and the cops won’t start popping caps like Yosemite Sam. In fact you might even get invited in for a drink, make new friends, or get a couple of laughs, but not in the USA.
Same people who will excuse this will also cry about “innocent until proven guilty” every single time one of theirs catches (entirely unsurprising) sex abuse allegations. Demented fucking society.
It isn’t mentioned who called the cops. Presumably the homeowner was inside sleeping, and then scared shitless by a deep-voiced drunk man frantically ringing the doorbell and going around the house, maybe shouting dumb drunk things like “I’m gonna kill you guys for this”
Then homeowner calls 911 saying they think someone’s gonna kill them. Either legitimately or because of ‘Murica frontier mindset (because someone definitely wants to steal your 2007 Ford Focus and raid your Minion t shirts)
Sad situation all around. The officer should be charged.
idk there’s grains of a diseased society wherein people leap to the worst possible scenario and summon armed thugs without investigation, utterly craven to not speak to what you think is an intruder–an actual burglar would just fucking leave!
