Seriously i mean I know the answer but like just logistically I’d think this is a pretty bad precedent to set.

Like if somebody getting shot while actively trying to break through the door of congress while a bunch of people tell her to stop or they’ll shoot is an unjustified shooting how are they gonna justify the thousands of innocent people they kill for absolutely no reason.
