There’s an option when you first start the game to enable “cinematic nudity”.
If you toggle it on, there are some scenes where the protagonist is naked and a handful of sex scenes that you have to go out of your way to encounter.
All the genitalia option during character creation does is pick what’s on display during these scenes.

Based on my experience about 60 hours in, you would need to explicitly choose to be gay to see really any gay romance in this game. Seems like this guy’s version of having gay propaganda shoved down your throat is simply the presence of the choice to be gay

There is no limit to what you can do really. It’s up to the DM to build narrative around your decisions. If there is some character you want to try and bang, you can try to bang them. It is pretty much a rite of passage in any DnD game that someone has sex whilst all the other players sit around and sremoved at them laying on the moves. Lol at the auto-filter removing one of my words. That isn’t a bad word you fools!
Play D&D long enough and you’ll inevitably have a campaign that features some level of erotic roleplay, usually in orgy form.
You’ll also learn why good DMs tend to just fade-to-black that sort of thing, because unless everyone playing is really into that sort of thing it’s going to get cringey very quickly.

Reminds me of the reactionary outrage around the Sims 4 gender options. All the fine-tuning gender settings are hidden in another menu past the basic male/female toggle, but that didn’t stop chuds from clicking on it and getting mad because they saw a bunch of completely optional settings for different kinds of gender expression.

I think they’re adding in a way to change how your character looks, like a magic mirror or something, maybe more shit (here’s hoping for the rest of the classes/spells/races from 5e!!). But as of right now, mostly bugfixes, and when a game is 100+gb there’s gonna be a few bugs.

It is sort of weird that it takes 3 romantic suggestions to be able to turn down Gale but at the same time the one scenr you see people griping about (the magic scene) which asks you if you want to imagine kissing him also asks if you want to show him an image of you ripping off his head. It’s clear they are uncomfortable with their just being options listed for gay romance.
I played a woman and Gale gave me huge creep vibes. I kept politely turning him down, until he isolates me on some grass field to tell me he loves me?? Fuck off dude. I’ve clearly shown you I’m not interested.
